Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Conveyancer with flexibility offered across both office sites.
The role involves managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Transactions will include freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing advice on conveyancing and legal matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The Residential Conveyancer will liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and third parties to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months conveyancing fee earning experience
* Strong understanding of Conveyancing, Law, and Legal Issues.
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and analysis and experience in Legal Consulting.
* Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proven track record of managing residential property transactions efficiently.
* Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent practical experience in conveyancing is preferred but not essential.
