We’re partnering with a top-tier global investment manager on a senior, business-facing Legal Counsel role. You’ll work across UK and international operations in a highly regulated environment, shaping legal and commercial strategy for a globally respected platform.
What you’ll do:
* Provide pragmatic legal advice across Wealth Management matters.
* Draft and review client agreements, product documentation, and commercial contracts.
* Navigate regulatory issues (FCA/PRA/GFSA) and cross-border considerations.
* Lead on strategic projects, corporate transactions, and commercial initiatives, collaborating with global teams.
Who we’re looking for:
* A commercially minded lawyer with experience in retail investment management, private banking, private assets, or Corporate law.
* Private assets experience is a strong advantage, but the client is open to a broad range of senior legal backgrounds.
* Comfortable advising senior stakeholders, operating independently, and navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
