Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gas Engineer, located in Blackpool. The Gas Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of gas systems, central heating, and plumbing infrastructure. Additional tasks will include performing routine building maintenance and addressing various facility-related issues to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in gas systems, including LPG and central heating systems
* Skills in plumbing with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
* Experience in building maintenance, as well as general maintenance and repair tasks
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to gas, plumbing, and maintenance work
* Relevant certifications, such as Gas Safe registration
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Previous experience in facilities management or relevant roles is a plus
