Math’s Teacher role: Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a SEN setting. Provide support to each student with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in an educational environment. Utilise effective communication and relationship-building skills to foster a supportive learning environment. Show passion for delivering high-quality education, care, and support to young people. When necessary, physically intervene using Team Teach techniques after de-escalation strategies have been unsuccessful (full training provided). Build strong team commitment with colleagues and engage pupils to motivate and inspire them in the classroom.
