What you'll do: The Salesforce Business & Technology Manager (Sales & Partner Sales) is responsible for maximising the value of the Salesforce platform across sales and channel operations. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, this role leads the business requirements needs, consults on implementation, and monitors for continuous improvement of business processes into Salesforce and related sales technologies - including AI (Agentforce)- such that we can fully leverage the platform to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, championing the adoption of new features and best practices. The role governs end-to-end business processes, ensuring platform capabilities align with operational objectives. It focuses on user adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation and AI to optimize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a leader, you will manage a growing team of professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business strategy and technology trends. Key Responsibilities - Run the ideation input funnel for EMEA, consult with IT on platform development options, run the UAT testing process including managing UAT testers and their feedback to DevOps as well as the business release change process. - Lead the analysis, optimisation, and automation of sales and partner business processes into Salesforce and related technologies. This will be both regional & global. - Oversee the business implementation and adoption of AI-driven tools (e.g., Agentforce) & integrated apps (e.g. Seismic, LinkedIn, Configuration/Pricing) to enhance productivity and customer success. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define process requirements and ensure Salesforce capabilities support streamlined, scalable business operations - Review the business perspective & priorities for platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring they are optimal for compliance, productivity & global consistency. - Provide training, support, and change management to drive user adoption and maximise platform value. - Monitor and report on key metrics, using analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. - Act as the business escalation point for complex platform issues and lead their resolution. - Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and technology best practices. - Manage and develop a high-performing Salesforce business platform team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. - 7 years' experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies Skills: - Experience in platform user acceptance testing & feedback in agile methodology - Proven track record in business process analysis, optimisation, and automation. - Experience implementing or managing AI/automation tools (within Salesforce a bonus) - B2B Sales experience is a huge advantage - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Experience leading and developing teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification. - Experience with Agentforce or similar AI-driven sales technologies. - Background in sales operations, channel management, or partner relationship management. - Experience with large-scale Salesforce deployments or Centres of Excellence. - Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices. - Additional European language skills. - Experience in a global, matrixed organisation. - Extremely high degree of data & application experience & skills \LI-AG2
