HR GENERALIST

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the HR BPs in driving agenda at site, which drives business growth, builds capabilities andengagement,in partnership with managers.
2. Support the HRBPs at site on any change management initiatives for organizational and employee related changes in any areas.
3. Support the HR BPs in ensuring organisational designand resource capability are in place to enable achievement of business goals (In conjunction withthe Peterborough Management teamand through robust recruitment and development processes).
4. Work in partnership with the team managers to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues.
5. Work closely with HR expert functions (Compensation & Benefits,Learning & Development, Talent Acquisitionand Internal Communications) to ensure appropriate deployment of HR processes (Employee Engagement Survey, Annual Salary review, Learning andDevelopm...
