We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

We offer great benefits including;

Duties:

* Delivering People & Culture Administration
* Processing onboarding checks for new starters
* co-ordinate meetings
* Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and processes and apply to deliver outstanding results
* Assist our Learning & Development lead with project assignments.
* Support in the preparation of P&C reports
* Support case work in line with college values and EQI objectives
* HR record keeping
* Maintaining our single central record
* Carrying out new starter day 1 inductions

Skills/Experience:

Experience of providing a high standard of customer service Experience of working in an administrative support role Experience in using HR information systems (desirable) Experience of working in an administrative support role within a Human Resources team (desirable) A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel A knowledge of employment legislation (desirable)

Qualifications:

Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent. CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable. 

Ideal Attributes:

Good written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and able to respond appropriately to difficult situations Excellent attention to detail Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines Strong team work skills
