What you'll do
1. Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.
2. Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Uphold Dyson's uncompromising standards for customer service, visual merchandising, and store environment.
3. Drive Performance: Own your store's results-profit, conversion, NPS, and more-while identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Innovate & Improve: Propose and implement new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
5. Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance with Dyson's policies, protect assets, and guarantee store readiness during peak periods.

13. Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
14. Fluent in English (and local language where relevant).
15. Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence.
