IT Systems Administrator

Are you the go-to person when tech goes wrong - and the one who makes it right? Are you passionate about IT systems and solving problems before they become disruptions? Are you ready to be the driving force behind smooth operations?

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract, based in Rushden, where your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work with the systems team, alongside operations, and off-site IT service providers to support and achieve business goals, focusing on minimising downtime and process improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £29,933 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Your benefits package includes flexible dental insurance plans, a company sponsored pension scheme, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme. You'll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!

What you'll do on a typical day:

* Champion continuous improvement and secure system access
* Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, keeping key stakeholders in the loop
* Support and maintain IT hardware across the site - desktops, laptops, printers, and more
* Collaborate with global teams (yes, even the USA and India!) to deliver technical solutions
* Assist with system upgrades, testing, and end-user training

What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Strong IT knowledge, especially in Blue Yonder/DLC/Red Prairie WMS
* Experience with Oracle (SQL)
* Self-motivation, reliability, and a proactive mindset
* A flexible, focused approach and commitment to excellence
