We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher, ideally with a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) qualification, to join our Services to Home Educators team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and supportive service that makes a real difference to home educating families and children across Norfolk.
About the Role
As a Home Education Officer, you will support the team in fulfilling Norfolk County Council's elective home education responsibilities. Your role will include:
* Conducting home visits to provide families with tailored information, advice, and guidance.
Supporting families in meeting their child's educational needs, including any SEND requirements.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of professionals including:
* Team officers and education colleagues
* Families and schools
* Partner agencies and other Local Authorities
Together, we work to ensure children receive a suitable and supportive education at home.
Safeguarding Commitment
