What You'll Be Doing Here:
This isn't your average desk job. You'll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, helping to install and maintain crucial fall protection systems. Your work will directly help keep people safe at some of the UK's most important developments. It's a physically demanding role, but we prioritize health and safety, always striving to minimize manual handling where possible.
Through a comprehensive 12-month training program you'll gain invaluable skills. You'll be paired with a qualified engineer who will be your mentor, teaching you hands-on every day. Alongside this practical experience, you'll receive formal qualifications from our trusted college provider, setting you up with the expertise needed in this vital industry.
You'll work 47.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with flexible working options and optional overtime opportunities.
What We're Looking For and Perks:
Ideally, you'll have some construction work experience (perhaps as a labourer on site) or experience using power tools. An existing CSCS card is a big plus! You must be able to drive to travel to various sites and be age 18 or above for this role.
You'll earn a starting salary of £31,000.00, with structured pay increases as you gain qualifications. A company car will be provided to support your travel, and you'll also benefit from our comprehensive group benefits and discounts package.
