The Role: Senior Practice Manager
Working closely with the Business Group Director and Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Business Group operates efficiently, strategically and aligned with firm‑wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities
In this varied and influential role, you will:
🔹 Develop, adapt and maintain the Business Group’s annual Business Plan
🔹 Prepare executive‑level reporting, using data analytics to inform decision‑making
🔹 Cascade strategic plans into individual Practice Area plans
🔹 Produce regular performance reports and identify opportunities to embed AI and workflow efficiencies
🔹 Project‑manage key initiatives, interventions and innovation‑led activities
🔹 Drive knowledge‑sharing and alignment across Business Services teams
🔹 Collaborate with Innovation and IT teams to evaluate and deploy legal tech
🔹 Support leadership communication across the Group and practice areas
🔹 Proactively identify performance gaps and support corrective actions
Skills & Experience
