Account Pricing Coordinator Location: Holywell Contract: Full‑time, Permanent Role Overview Take ownership of day‑to‑day pricing and quotations, ensuring all customer prices meet agreed margins and reflect any additional charges. You'll act as the primary point of contact for pricing requests and work closely with the Area Sales Manager and internal teams to maintain competitiveness and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process inbound pricing requests and issue timely, accurate quotes Monitor contribution margins and annotate extra charges clearly Update, cleanse, and manage pricing data in CRM systems Forecast opportunities, track meterage and order volumes Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to secure contractor orders Maintain KPIs and support team during absences Verify project details using tools like Glenigans Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), CE marking, and CMS protocols Conduct database research and present findings clearly Prioritise and manage workload independently Skills & Experience Required Strong commercial pricing or quote‑coordination experience in manufacturing/construction environments Excellent attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy Effective communicator with good negotiation and customer service skills Proactive, organised, and able to meet KPIs consistently Familiarity with Glenigans, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous Desirable Attributes Resilient, customer-focused, and continuous self-improver Friendly yet professional demeanour with credibility and honesty Driven by results and passionate about quality work Please contact Nicola @ HRGO for more information on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
