We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Arcade Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant arcade. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of arcade staff to ensure excellent guest services.
* Manage the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
* Oversee the maintenance and functionality of arcade games and equipment, ensuring all machines are operational.
* Develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and inventory management.
* Train new staff members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
* Proven experience in management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
* Strong understanding of guest services principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
