Occupational Health is looking for a Receptionist to join our extremely busy team. You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and self-motivated. You will have exceptional attention to detail whilst also providing a high level of customer service.
You will be expected to maintain high standards whilst providing a first point of contact for visitors attending OH, applying appropriate communication methods effectively, clearly and professionally. You will welcome and treat everyone in a friendly and courteous manner with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Main duties of the job
Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and dealing with queries effectively, be it from clinicians, patients, visitors or maintenance staff.
Receive, process and ensure Management, Self and Physio referrals are processed in a timely way to aid the delivery of departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
Operate start of day procedures, in line with departmental policy, to ensure that the reception service is both open and prepared for the clinical staff to receive patients.
