What Tradewind Recruitment offers
5. Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with first-year on-target earnings of £35,000 - £40,000

About the Impact Academy
Our training programme equips you with the skills to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. You'll learn how to:
11. Attract, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent school roles
12. Write compelling CVs and market candidates effectively to schools
13. Work to targets and KPIs in a supportive, structured environment
14. Earn commission from your first placement
After completing your first year, you'll move onto a sales desk with advanced training in business development, client management, negotiation, and safeguarding.
