We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People Team. The Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager provides senior-level, operational HR leadership across Reds10 and its sister companies, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality HR service across offices, manufacturing environments, and construction sites. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping our people strategy, driving organisational capability, and supporting Reds10’s continued growth and innovation.
The role is based at our advanced manufacturing facility in Driffield, East Yorkshire and there will be some travel to our other offices/sites when required.
Reporting to the HR Lead, the role is responsible for translating the organisation’s people strategy into effective operational HR delivery. The role leads the HR business partnering and advisory team, ensuring that managers across the business receive practical, commercially focused HR guidance that supports operational performance, engagement, and compliance.

As Senior HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with operational, commercial and project teams, influencing best practice, and enabling leaders to create high performing, engaged teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers and senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to our Reds10 business objectives.
* Provide expert guidance across all areas of employee relations, workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership development.
* Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives that enhance culture, capability building and employee engagement.
* Support and coach leaders through change initiatives, including growth, restructures, and process improvements.
* Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across L&D, Talent Acquisition, Reward and EDI to embed best practice.
* Champion employee wellbeing, inclusion and high-performance.
* Act as an escalation point for complex ER cases, ensuring fair, pragmatic and legally compliant outcomes.
