I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to work for an established social housing company in Brize Norton and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve joining the reactive maintenance team within domestic properties.
The Multi Trade operative will receive:
* Annual base salary of £37,000
* Company van and fuel card
* Attractive annual leave package
* Overtime and callouts available
* Specialist tools provided
* Full time employment
The Multi Trade will have:
* Full UK drivers license
* Experience working within domestic properties
* Experience working within social housing
* Have their own tools
* Willingness to do overtime and callouts
The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
* Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting
* Maintenance plumbing
* Patch plastering and tiling
* Working in occupied properties
