The Role
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving a high-performance culture across the adviser network. A typical day might include:
* Delivering engaging training sessions (face-to-face, webinars, e-learning) to enhance planner capabilities.
* Holding regular one-to-one sessions with advisers to provide actionable feedback on skills, standards, and performance.
* Collaborating with multiple departments including Distribution, Operations, and Compliance to align goals and share best practices.
* Using performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend targeted actions.
* Facilitating peer-to-peer learning and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
* Supporting integration projects for new acquisitions and new adviser onboarding.
