Job Purpose
The Change Engagement Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering the communication and engagement strategy across the change, transformation, and digital landscape within the organisation. This role ensures that all digital, change, and transformation initiatives are clearly communicated, widely understood, and positively received.
The role holder will create and implement a strategic engagement plan that delivers consistent messaging, a clear tone of voice, and an enhanced user experience for employees.
