What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Experience working in an early years setting is preferred. Key Responsibilities Support the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education. Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Maintain a safe and hygienic setting, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
