We’re looking for a proactive Office Assistant to join a diverse team in a busy, fast paced international law firm based in Guildford, Surrey. The role will require the ability to switch between tasks quickly to support a dynamic internal customer base, covering a range of general business, reception, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
 7. Welcome clients and visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
 8. Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked and set up as required for seminars / training.
 9. Answer and deal with enquiries by phone, email, or face to face.
 10. Provide a friendly and efficient service to internal clients in the collection and delivery of post.
 11. Arrange and record courier deliveries to deadlines and within budget.
 12. Liaise with the Cashiers team to process cheque requests and petty cash requests.
 13. Assisting Facilities Manager with facilities matters as and when required.
 14. Ensure the maintenance of equipment including vending machines.
 15. Assisting with Friday breakfast and tuck shop orders and deliveries.
Skills & Requirements of the Office Assistant:
 16. 1+ years’ experience in a similar or Administrative / Customer Service role is required.
 17. Flexible, team-oriented approach with a strong commercial mindset.
