Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs.
* Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
* Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
* Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into speech and language needs.
* Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Valid Massachusettsstate license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
* This is a full-time position, requiring 32.5 hours per week.
* The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.
