Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager – Global Investment Firm – London Our client Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager to lead the delivery of early careers recruitment and development initiatives across its global offices. This role will play a pivotal part in attracting and developing top graduate talent for both investment and corporate functions. Key responsibilities Deliver end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, including campaign strategy, university engagement, and assessment coordination Manage and execute global internship and graduate programmes, from onboarding to training, project rotations and performance management Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee experience Experience requirements: Proven experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced financial or professional services environment Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across global teams Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment data to optimise processes and improve candidate experience Due to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
