Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Associate will:

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes and professional negligence.

Represent clients in arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Handle public law disputes, including judicial reviews and procurement litigation.
*
Assist in contentious insolvency matters and reputation management work.
*
Work with an international team on cross-border legal issues and high-profile cases.
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Associate should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
*
Experienced in handling a variety of disputes, including contractual, professional negligence, and public law.
*
Proficient in dispute resolution methods, including arbitration and ADR.
*
Able to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases.
*
Strong communicator with a focus on delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
