Barker Ross currently recruiting for experienced PPT Drivers for our client based in Northampton. This is ongoing position

Key Responsibilities
Operating the PPT :
Safely and efficiently maneuvering a powered pallet truck to move goods within the warehouse.
Loading and Unloading :
Handling the loading and unloading of deliveries and dispatching orders in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Stock Management :
Accurately picking, packing, and checking orders, moving and storing products in their correct locations, and performing stock rotation.
Warehouse Operations :
Assisting with various other warehouse tasks, such as general cleaning, to support smooth operations.
Health and Safety :
Adhering to health and safety regulations, performing equipment safety checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a PPT driver is often a requirement.
A valid PPT license or certificate is typically necessary.
Attention to detail for accurate stock and order handling.
Good time management skills and the ability to meet productivity targets.
Handle manual tasks and work in a demanding environment.
Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other warehouse staff.
Pay rate:
£12.21 -13.67
