Job Description:
* Supportive team environment
AS A FLEET ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT YOU WILL..
Be responsible for the supply of operational support and customer service relating to MOT renewals, RFL and taxation renewal, Infringement processing and management, license checking and driver mandate management, V5 documentation, recall management, cherished plate management, and motor insurance database compliance. The incumbent also provides daily support to the wider team, sharing their knowledge of the processes and procedures and assisting with a structured approach to problem solving and process improvement.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE..
* Thoroughly and efficiently respond to customer and internal calls and enquiries, supply and cancel fuel cards and toll tags, renew registrations and process infringements, in strict accordance with SG Fleet processes, whilst maintaining KPIs and ensuring all deadlines are met
* Professionally respond and take ownership of client and internal enquiries regarding all fleet services related matters and provide support to the fleet services team as required
* Work effectively with the team to ensure the department’s accountabilities are met including support of the vision and goals of the company
* Provide superior service aligned with the client’s needs and the organisation’s business objectives
* Maintain courteous and productive relationships within the team and cross-functionally with other teams and share knowledge with others on-the-job as required
* Follow the Customer Complaint Management Process
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience in a customer service role and/or negotiating with suppliers
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
* Someone who can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner
* High level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills
* Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills
