The Community Occupational Therapy Service at Radcliffe is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team alongside experienced Occupational Therapy staff.
As a Therapy Assistant, you will assist in delivering patient treatments, working in patients' homes or residential settings. You will undertake delegated tasks from qualified staff without direct supervision and will actively participate in coordinating, delivering, and evaluating individual patient care.
An ability to travel across different locations within the Trust is essential, requiring a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Changes to UK immigration policy effective from 9th April 2025 have increased the minimum salary threshold for Health and Care Worker Visa sponsorship from £23,200 to £25,000. For more details, visit the Home Office website.

Implement treatment programmes for community patients assessed by qualified staff.
Manage an active caseload, working independently in various settings, including patients' homes, clinics, and residential care facilities.

The service is based at Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, serving residents with physical disabilities in Bury.
