The Role
* Support the Technology team in implementing a new ERP system
* Triage and troubleshoot ERP user queries
* Conduct bug fixes
* Continuous improvement of system processes
* Documentation
* Requirement gather
* Manage 3rd party relationships
About You
* Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
* Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
* Partner with business to help business adopt the use of their ERP system
