Role Description: This is a full-time/part-time position on-site at the clients house, for a Complex Care Support Worker located in Birmingham.
* Qualifications Personal Care and Support skills
* Must have a UK driving licence
* Must have right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available
* Experience in administering medication and monitoring health conditions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
* Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Minimum of 6 months current experience in a healthcare setting
