As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. You’ll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections, while shaping young minds and developing your own career with industry‑leading training, coaching, and resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and engaging at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* Genuine passion for education and changing children’s lives
* Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with love for customer service
