Key Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Forecasting
Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting.
Provide forward‑looking insights to support strategic decisions.
Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
Advise on financial impacts of operational and commercial decisions.
Performance Management
Analyse product‑level sales, margins, and profitability.
Support cost management across indirect and overhead areas.
Produce clear analysis, commentary, and recommendations.
Identify efficiency opportunities across manufacturing and operations.
Leadership
Develop and coach a small finance team.
Oversee an accurate and efficient month‑end close.
Build capability and support career development.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Process Improvement
Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.
Strengthen financial management across production, supply chain, and procurement.
Drive standardisation, automation, and best‑practice adoption.
Requirements
Strong experience in a manufacturing finance environment.
Proven background in senior operational finance roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team‑development capability.
Clear, confident communication for financial and non‑financial audiences.
Deep P&L ownership and variance analysis experience.
Hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail and strategic awareness.
