We're growing fast and are now looking for self-employed Field Sales Surveyors to join our team. You’ll be handling warm, pre-qualified leads. No cold calling, just in-home consultative sales backed by a trusted brand. Responsibilities Visiting customers in their homes to survey lofts and sell tailored storage solutions Presenting professionally, building rapport and closing deals in the home Managing follow-ups and maximising conversions using our proven tools Representing the Instaloft brand with pride, professionalism and a drive to succeed What You’ll Need Sales experience in home improvements or similar B2C sales To be confident, well-presented and comfortable speaking with homeowners Motivated by money and performance driven, with a strong desire to succeed A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel daily A genuine enjoyment of driving and working independently Comfortable working Monday to Friday, with evening availability and some optional weekend work The Opportunity Self-employed, commission-only role with £70k realistic OTE uncapped Fully qualified leads – no cold calling or canvassing Ongoing training and support from a committed leadership team Flexibility to manage your own time and maximise your earnings Part of a high-performing team in a fast-moving, growing business Think you’re the next top performer?
