As a client focused business, over 80% of their workload comes from repeat business. They manage a range of contract values up to £30m, spanning a variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare and residential. The vast majority of their work is in the Southwest region.
As an Assistant / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will ideally have at least 2 years industry experience, gained in a similar consultancy environment. You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team managing a variety of projects, with the opportunity to get involved with larger projects under the supervision of a Senior Consultant. These larger schemes include new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role, as is a solid technical competence and understanding of building surveying principles.
