Legal PA – Private Client (Wealth & Succession)
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE
I am working with a well-established London law firm to recruit an experienced Legal PA to join their Private Client team, supporting fee earners within the Wealth and Succession practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has exposure to Private Client matters. The role will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities while providing high-quality support to senior lawyers.
The role will include:
* Providing full PA support to fee earners within the Private Client / Wealth and Succession team
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
* Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently
* Assisting with billing, file management, and general administrative support
The ideal background:
1. Around 3–5 years’ experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary role
2. Experience in, or exposure to, areas such as Succession & Estate Planning, Wills & Estates, Private Wealth Disputes, Tax Management or Personal Immigration
