Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Developer to help deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement. You’ll develop and implement Martech tools that support acquisition, conversion, and retention, translating business needs into technical solutions and deploying them through our development governance framework.What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering high-quality Martech solutions that enable personalised, automated communications using customer data and technology platforms
2. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and automating data pipelines to support seamless digital experiences
3. Designing, testing, and validating technical solutions to meet defined business goals and performance standards
4. Collaborating with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure smooth integration and optimisation of Martech tools
5. Documenting work to QA standards and resolving issues through effective coding, testing, and debugging
6. Embedding best practices by staying current with industry trends and sharing knowledge through training and certification (e.g. Tealium, Braze, Adobe)
7. Developing and applying tools, protocols, and processes to uphold high digital standards and efficient delivery
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
8. Optimising Martech Tools: Focused on efficiency and continuous learning, with experience across evolving Martech platforms.
9. Campaign Automation: Skilled in tools like Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar.
10. Audience Management: Experience with CDPs such as Tealium, Adobe, or Treasure Data.
11. Data & Analytics: Proficient with MongoDB, Snowflake, DataIku, Alteryx, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or CJA.
12. Agile Delivery: Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
13. Data Privacy & Governance: Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and experience applying data governance in regulated settings.
14. Martech Implementation: Hands-on experience with CRM, CDP, and digital orchestration tools.
15. Workflow Design: Capable of designing and testing complex workflows, ideally in financial or regulated industries.
16. API Integration: Experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs.
17. Campaign Execution: Skilled in building ad hoc and automated campaigns in marketing platforms.
