This is a broad and hands-on role combining 2nd and 3rd line support with infrastructure engineering and project delivery. You’ll be supporting a modern Microsoft environment (M365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint) while also leading on the design and implementation of new systems and improvements, helping to evolve the IT estate as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Microsoft 365, Windows, and desktop environments Lead the delivery of infrastructure and systems projects (e.g. M365, Teams, device management) Design, implement, and manage core Microsoft services – Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD Troubleshoot and resolve complex support issues across hardware, software, and network Administer Group Policy, conditional access, MFA, device compliance and endpoint security Maintain and optimise virtual server environments (Hyper-V) and backups Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device builds and user setup Work with the ITSM tool (ServiceNow or equivalent) to manage escalations and workflows Drive process and system improvements with a focus on security, automation and service quali...
