Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Workplace Host to work within a corporate banking environment in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front-of-house, reception, hospitality or security experience looking to work within a modern corporate setting.
Pay Rate
* £12.71 per hour PAYE

About the Role
This is a hybrid position combining:
* Corporate reception duties
* Workplace ambassador responsibilities
* Front-of-house customer service
* Security reception support
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.
Duties Include
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Managing reception and visitor access procedures
* Providing workplace and customer support
* Assisting with meeting room management
* Supporting building security procedures
* Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Maintaining high presentation standards across front-of-house areas
Requirements
* Previous reception, hospitality, workplace, concierge or security experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Smart and professional appearance
* Comfortable working within a corporate banking environment
* Reliable, punctual and proactive
* Right to Work in the UK required
