An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Forres Neighbourhood Care Team (FNCT) based at Forres Health and Care Centre. The role forms part of the restructured rapid response element of the broader community nursing team.
The post holder will be based at Forres Health and Care Centre but may, at times, integrate with other nursing teams within the locality of Moray West & East. Applicants should be motivated and enthusiastic about delivering person‑centred care. We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn.
Responsibilities
* Participate equally in the delivery of a 7‑day service.
* Work 22‑hour posts organised into 2 shifts per week.
* Possess a valid driving licence and use of a personal car is essential.
Qualifications
* Motivated, enthusiastic and team‑oriented nursing professional.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapid response setting.
