Salary: GBP 40,000 to GBP 45,000 FTE (actual salary for part-time hours GBP 24,000 to GBP 27,000)
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours/week, flexible, negotiable up to 30 hours for the right candidate)
Location: Hybrid: 2 days in the office (Wednesdays mandatory) at Bradford City AFC, Bradford
Start Date: October 2025 (or sooner)

We're recruiting an ambitious and relationship-driven Fundraising Manager (Events and Engagement) excited by combining strategy and implementation of high-quality events and alternative income initiatives to transform the lives of children in high-deprivation areas of Bradford.

Responsibilities Include
* Design and deliver a strategic annual fundraising calendar.
* Lead and grow seasonal events, individual giving, payroll giving, and supporter-led initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with business sponsors and community supporters.
* Innovate by trying new formats, platforms, and tools to boost engagement and income.
* Manage events from concept to post-event analysis.
* Track performance and report on success clearly and purposefully.
* Champion supporter care, valuing every donor.
The ideal candidate
* Proven experience in running fundraising events or campaigns from scratch.
* Strong project management and interpersonal skills; a planner and people person.
* Attention to detail, with a love for strategy and creativity.
* Confidence with digital tools (CRM systems, Mailchimp, JustGiving, Google Drive).
* Alignment with our mission and passion for helping young people thrive.
Bonus Points For...
* Knowledge of the charity sector or community fundraising.
* Experience managing budgets, volunteers, or Gift Aid claims.
* Confidence engaging with business leaders, HNWIs, and corporate partners.
* Financial or marketing qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
