Hours: Basic 48hr week + O/T during weekdays and weekends
Salary: £40-45k Basic salary + Overtime @ 1.5 + Expenses, Accommodation, Van

Integrate Engineering Resources is recruiting for a Field Service Technician on behalf of a market leader in the industrial cooling tower sector. The role will involve refurbishing, servicing, maintenance and erecting of industrial cooling tower equipment across the UK and occasionally Europe.
* Maintenance, servicing and installation of factory‑assembled cooling tower equipment on customer sites
* Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, testing and repair of machinery, including disassemblies, cleanings and DCI inspections
* Surveying installations and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
* Documentation: creating detailed teardown reports, maintaining service records and completing technical checklists
* Site safety: strictly adhering to health and safety regulations while working
* Customer support: acting as the technical face of the client, offering advice and identifying potential upgrades
Requirements
* CSCS / CCNSG card
* NVQ3 / City & Guilds mechanical qualification
* Confined Space, Working at Height, Manual Handling an advantage
* Experience in industrial cooling tower or water treatment sector
* Good working knowledge of cooling towers (service, OEM or general operational understanding)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with some overseas assignments
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams
* Ability to work in confined spaces, at height, and perform manual handling tasks
* Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules at short notice
* Computer literate, organised and self‑motivated
