đ About the Role
Weâre looking for a confident, people-focused Software Trainer to join our Customer Experience team. Youâll deliver training that helps our customers get the best from our platformâwhether thatâs part of a brand-new implementation or helping power our customers to go even further.
This is a role that blends training, consultancy, and customer advocacy. Youâll work across departments, build relationships with customers, and help them realise value at every stage of the journey.
Key Responsibilities
đ§© What Youâll Be Doing
đŒ Project Delivery
* Be the go-to for training during new implementations and projects
* Work with Project Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Product Managers across the full customer lifecycle
* Help shape how customers engage with and adopt our products through our popular ideas forum
đ Training & Implementation
* Deliver training that clicksâremotely or on-site, depending on what fits. Travel is a necessity for this role across UK & IRE, and occasionally should the need arise to go overseas too
* Supporting customersâ system setup, datasheet validation, and configuration for new software deployments
* Manage your time and input into capacity planning alongside the team, ensuring you hit department and individual metrics whilst delivering value
đą Customer Advocacy
* Gather meaningful customer feedback and share it with Product and Delivery teams
* Help influence future product direction by being the voice of the user
* Build strong relationships that lead to real business outcomes
đ€ Facilitation
* Pull together people from across Kinetic to ensure great service
* Spot opportunities, follow up on actions, and make sure our service levels continue to go the extra mile
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
đ What Youâll Need to Succeed
đŹ 2+ years of experience as a Software Trainer (or in a similar training/delivery role)
đ€ A people-first mindset and a passion for excellent customer experiences
đ Great time management and attention to detail (especially around data)
đŹ Confidence delivering sessions both in person and online
đŹ Strong written and verbal communication skills
đ§ Curiosity and a love of solving problems
đ Comfortable with tech and picking up new tools quickly
