Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke:
The hospital offers emergency admission services for men and women, and a pathway to rehabilitation for women, including a specialist service for personality disorder.
Located on over 16 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the Bristol Channel, our beachside location near Weston-super-Mare provides a peaceful, therapeutic environment with a broad range of therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and DBT.
Your Day-to-Day
1. Work 30 hours a week
2. Collaborate with service users, families, and stakeholders to support recovery
3. Maintain contact with statutory agencies
4. Lead on the social care needs of service users
5. Ensure service users and families are aware of their legal rights
6. Participate actively in safeguarding within the multidisciplinary team
7. Provide written reports to the team and other professionals
You Are
* A HCPC-registered Social Worker with a relevant qualification
* Experienced or passionate about working in a mental health setting
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality, equality, and diversity
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A team player
* Skilled in report writing with attention to detail
