Residential Conveyancer
Stockport / Macclesfield | Hybrid Working
Salary up to £55,000 DOE
I am working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in either Stockport or Macclesfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, with a strong reputation across the North West and a consistent pipeline of quality work.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant.
The work is varied and includes:
* Sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity and transfers of part
* Adverse possession matters
You will play a key role in ensuring transactions run smoothly, maintaining strong communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
About You
The firm is seeking a Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ experience managing their own caseload.
You will demonstrate:
* Strong residential conveyancing experience across a range of transactions
* The ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Experience using case management systems (ideally P4W, though not essential)
