We’re seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join a high-profile Life Sciences project in the Oxfordshire area. This is a key opportunity to lead the digital delivery of a cutting-edge development as part of a respected main contractor's Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy.
As BIM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital excellence from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover. This is a site-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment and is passionate about innovation in construction technology.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement the DPD strategy across assigned projects.
* Support tender reviews to assess client BIM and digital requirements.
* Carry out technical analysis of 3D BIM models for coordination, logistics, and cost planning.
* Develop and deliver project-specific BEPs, MIDPs, and Model Production Delivery Tables.
* Chair DPD kick-off meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Mentor and support BIM Engineers and ensure collaboration across disciplines.
âś… About You:
* Strong experience in BIM/Digital Construction on complex projects.
* BIM documentation experience is essential.
* Proficient in tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Synchro Pro, Lumion, and CDE platforms like Viewpoint or Dalux.
* Degree-qualified in construction, computing, or a related field.
* Confident communicator with excellent coordination and leadership skills.
