Sales Operations Specialist Job Description: As an SDR Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving process innovation and continuous improvement across our Sales Development team. Reporting to the SDR Operations Manager, you'll help shape and deliver the SDR Operations strategy finding ways to create more value, boost efficiency, and remove unnecessary complexity in how we work. You'll partner with key stakeholders across the business to champion better ways of working and help build a culture of continuous improvement for our SDR organisation across the UKIA region. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in office - 2 days at home (Newcastle) Key Responsibilities: I Key accountabilities: - Identify, analyse and support implementing improvement opportunities, collaborating with the business areas - Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions - To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system. - To assist in the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy for SDR function - To support change initiatives impacting front line operations from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls. - To elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, and workflow analysis. - To actively monitor data driven project risks to foresee/identify potential problems. - Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence savings which will support benefit realisation - To work with key business stakeholders, and 'PERFORM champions', to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change. - To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business Skills, know-how and experience: · - Minimum 1-3 years proven analytical experience from a similar role, including business analysis. - Analytical, project and product management skills, including a foundational understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements - Foundational understanding of continuous improvement concepts - Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/'WorkOut' sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl.
