Purpose of the role At Collinson International Ltd (CIL), the largest operating company within the Collinson Group, we have a powerful vision: To be a strategic partner to the leading payment networks, issuers and travel companies. Driving customer engagement and incremental value through the world's most valued travel ecosystem. Whilst we have had a lot of success over the past 10 years, and have grown exponentially, we need to make changes to the way we work if we’re going to achieve this vision. With that in mind, we are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation - investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us. As part of this, we are establishing a new Transformation team and require a Finance Transformation Programme Manager to support in the delivery of key initiatives. Initially the plan is for the successful candidate to support Finance to deliver the Finance Transformation plan on a page. The Finance Transformation Programme requires a strategic leader with exceptional organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to oversee the scoping, planning and execution of this cross-functional initiative. Assisting the SVP Finance Transformation to Managing 5-7 project managers to deliver their outputs on time, on budget and to quality, we require a rigorous, experienced and dynamic candidate to take on this critical role. Key Responsibilities Planning and dependencies – maintain a centralised view of the transformation roadmap across the programme whilst also identifying and tracking the key internal / external dependencies that inform sequencing and / or timing Resourcing – work with the BAU owners of the different projects to understand resource requirements ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of demand for each of their teams Change Delivery – monitor individual project performance against the plan, challenge slippage and help define and implement mitigations. Risk and issue management – review the risks and issues experienced by the different projects to identify and escalate common themes that require a programme-wide approach to resolution. Manage and track these items to completion (owning mitigations as appropriate). Governance – facilitate relevant governance forums and the distribution and closure of relevant actions and decisions. Stakeholder management – Establish strong working relationships with different stakeholder groups (including Senior Leadership, Project Managers, Change Managers, BAU owners, external 3rd parties and Collinson International Ltd leadership team and Board) Team leadership – oversee the work of the Change Lead and the Project Managers within the programme Reporting – collate reports from Project Managers to build a view of programme progress (e.g. status against plan & next steps). Consolidate these to provide accurate reports to the Transformation Management Office (TMO) as per the reporting cadence. Knowledge, skills and experience required Educated to degree level Extensive experience as a Programme Manager either in house or as a Management Consultant Previous experience of managing projects within: (technology/finance/legal/operations/HR/marketing) organisations Previous experience of working successfully with Change Managers External certifications in Programme Management desirable but not essential (e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)) Experience and understanding of Lean Six Sigma is desirable but not essential.
