Pay Rate: GBP88.94 GBP104.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join schools in Barton-upon-Humber. As a Primary TA, your role will involve assisting with the delivery of lessons, helping students who need extra support, and ensuring that the classroom runs smoothly.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, assisting with their academic development and learning activities.
* Help with classroom management and create a positive, focused learning environment.
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN), providing tailored assistance where needed.
* Assist with the preparation of learning resources and support lesson delivery.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.
* Encourage student participation and foster a love of learning.
Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting is desirable.
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
* A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
* A full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations for any employment gap in the past 10 years.
