CRM & EMAIL ASSISTANT JOB OUTLINE: Based: UK Working Pattern: Remote Working Hours: The person in this role will need to be flexible with their working hours to accommodate the global nature of the position - there will be calls with regions around the world, including but not limited to Japan and USA (West Coast). THE POSITION: The CRM & Email Assistant supports the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of CRM and email marketing activities. Working under the guidance of the Global CRM Manager, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, data is accurate, and customer communications are consistent in line with company guidelines. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsibilities Follow Global Digital Marketing strategies to help achieve Marketing and Business Goals. Provide support and enable the success of all Local and Regional Marketing teams. Maintenance and optimisation of tracking, segmentation and automation processes. Maintain and update customer lists, segments, and contact data. Support the setup and QA of automated journeys and workflows. Assist in reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics. Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure content, timing, and messaging accuracy. Duties Assist in the execution and production of email campaigns from centralised campaign plans with a scalable approach for Local and Regional Marketing teams. Understand and help in email marketing techniques in order to improve company KPIs: Interaction Rate and Data Health. Communicate email marketing plans between Global and Local/Regional teams and ensure campaigns are delivered to deadlines. Help maintain a clean, nurtured database of active contacts by consistently ‘cleaning house’ with regards to automations, tags, segments, lists and reports. Ensure all campaigns adhere to naming conventions to allow for clearer communications between teams. Adopt the ‘One Roland’ team culture across Global, Local and Regional teams. Participate in Project/Campaign kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, and one-to-one meetings to clearly understand expectations on an individual and team level. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms. Ability to work on own initiative, requiring minimal supervision. Good communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of email marketing best practices. Basic understanding of segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics. Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented, reliable and dependable. Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic. Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn technical CRM functions. Be an advocate for the platform and contribute to knowledge sharing across all the regional teams. THE PACKAGE: Competitive benefits package
