Adapt to the individual needs of a number of lawyers, each with their own priorities and ways of working.* Work in fast paced environment whilst maintaining quality of output.* Produce complex documents, briefs and witness statements through plain English (verbal and written communication). Research and apply an understanding of the law within own Practice Group.* Ensure efficient file management including adherence to timescales, compliance with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system with appropriate supervision.* Support Senior Lawyers with meetings with clients, counsel and expert witnesses.**About you:*** Knowledge and understanding of basic legal concepts learnt from legal education such as undergraduate law, LLM, LPC, GDL or ILEX study; or equivalent work experience; or successful completion of the Paralegal Apprenticeship scheme.* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and relevant practice and business IT systems, particularly Mattersphere and Aderant.* Excellent typing skills* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to think logically and analytically.* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders.* Commercially aware and highly motivated* Good attention to detail;* Excellent time management and organisational skills;**What we offer in return:**We offer a hybrid working environment, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday allowance plus the option to purchase an extra 5 days, pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance and income protection insurance.
